are you running Gproxy when you connect? if you are running it, close it because it already have Gproxy in loader.. no need for Gproxy anymore else try to check your firewall if it's blocking the ports of your connection.

What anti-virus are u using?
DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Close any and every open program (including your Warcraft III) and disable your anti-virus (WARNING: This makes you vulnerable to viruses if they are in your network) then try opening Euroloader and connect, if it works then you have to configure your anti-virus. If it connects I suggest you don't play just yet and enable your anti-virus again and post here what anti-virus you are using and we may be able to help you with configuring it.

What you should try is to report the bug on eurobattle.net forum: http://eurobattle.net/showthread.php?t=142806 (http://eurobattle.net/showthread.php?t=142806)
and  to avoid bans host custom games, with at least 2-3 other people (ask friends maybe?) and see how it works, best way to test gproxy is to turn off your wireless or take out your ethernet cable and turn/put it back on after 15 seconds.
