Why do u ban for stats abuse ? Its possible that is someone in the game that plays hard so if he can kill others is not his fault , but newbies fault for joining game ...
I just though that this shouldnt be banned whitout seeing game ... if a player can kill a lot without hacks so he could be a pro ... im just saying in pros game of course... newbies game should be banned cuz is a pro in noobs game :(

In the end of the game, everyone can kill the other team. This means that you can stay there and just kill, kill and kill, while the enemy is bored and doesn't want to waste his time and leaves/plugs.
I think this is for ban.
