2. Player must not flame :
-Noob, Retard, Idiot, are not considered flame.
-You are advised to use the !ignore command whenever possible.
-You should focus on reporting cases involving racial, nationality, and religious intolerance.
Flaming 1. time 2 days 2. time 5 days and so on
I want from moderators to specific on witch language u cant flame, cos i must write ban request on english so the flaming must be just accepted on ENGLISH. If u accept ban request where is ditto flame on CROATIAN then u must accept uban ban and other forum requests on croatian.
And how its possible if in RULES write that first time flaming will lead to ban for 2 days i got 3 days? If moderator can decide for how long u should get ban then write that to rules. Otherwis your "rules" are not so RULES if moderators can violate them.

You can not flame/insult on any language, its self explanatory.
You are obligated to write requests in English , but if it is a flame request involving a different language, the appropriate mod will look at it, meaning we have mods from Ex - Yu which can easily solve it . This applies for other languages as well.
At the top of the rules u have a sentence which says
NOTES: These bans are not obligatory! It is mainly moderator’s decision.
So in certain cases we dont have to strictly follow the rules, coz some requests vary one from each other, such as yours as i can see.
Read the rules carefully.
