Title: New bots next testing phase

First testing phase (http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/topic,54272.msg168128.html#msg168128) in the "pd test" channel passed successfully, there were no major problems with the new bots.
Thanks to everyone who reported any bugs via forums or PMs.

We'll be moving the new bots (http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/topic,54272.0.html) from "pd test" channel to official pd channel today for the next testing phase which will last for a few days.
If everything goes as expected a new season will start in a few days and new bots will replace old ones permanently.

During this testing phase all autoban durations will be reduced to a few minutes instead of days.
All ladder stats (!sd) will be reseted.

Title: End of second testing phase, start of the real season

Current test season will end and new real season will start on Tuesday (March 22nd) at 23:55 hours eurobattle server time.
Your current stats (!sd) from the current test season will be reseted. This will be the last time we reset stats, after this last restart your stats will be permanent.

Please note that at the moment autoban feature is banning leavers for durations of seconds/minutes instead of days in order to let us better test the bots. With the start of the real season autoban durations will change to days!

Make sure you get GProxy reconnection tool (http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/topic,55632.0.html) on your system so you're protected against disconnections, players that reconnect into the game with GProxy won't get autobanned.

New season start is postponed to Wednesday (March 23rd) morning at 08:00 hours eurobattle server time.

We updated the bots this morning. Changes:

- Improved algorithm of the !balance command.

- Added new commands:
!lock <name> - lock player to his slot so balance won't move him (tries to do a partial match)
!locked - show locked players
!unlock <name> - unlock player (tries to do a partial match)

- Owner is locked by default and can be unlocked.

- Extended GProxy reconnect time to 6 minutes instead of 3 minutes.
- When you lose the connection now, you can't be dropped in the first 2 minutes.
