Its normal that moderatos banning/unbanning people on channel.
If you see anyone doing it without any request (on forum) its prabobly an abuse. But its impossible to catch someone doing it so dont argue about that (you would need very good proof to proove your right) otehrwise there wont be taken any action against someone.

I said be specific. If you don't provide the name of the person he unbanned there is no point in this topic.

i lost print screen,nothing dor now.I will watch him and when saw him again i will report with proof.

Next time, before accusing a moderator of abusing their powers make sure you have the facts and the evidence.
If you have both and you're 110% sure you can send me a PM reporting the moderator.

Me as a moderator, have all rights to unban user who is banned by me.
So that is the answer to your flaming topic. You can post 1000 posts with ss that wont help you cause you cant see what is going on thru /w.
Oh y and I dont have friends on xpam, I have only 2 well 3 users in my f/l one of them is playdota.eu bot, I have ek0 and one guy who is admin on xpam.
So go and report me again please.
