So i watched 60 of my replays and put down on paper the best moments. I wanna start recording but i need to know which setting in fraps should i use ? so i use 50 fps what is deffault or i put 30? Also should i record sound or not ?
The list of programs i have :
Fraps
Adobe After effects cs4
Replay seeker + simple camera
Sony vegas 9.0
Dota replay manager
Dota console seeker
And witch seeting and format to use in adobe after effect so it would suit uploading on youtube ?

Imo 50 fps will only increase temp file size and wont change quality after encoding. Go for 30 or 29,97 if u wanna to encode in NTSC.
I wonder why u use AAE, just use Vegas, it has everything u need and runs 5x smoother. Its like using Dreamweaver for <html><body><span>HI, ITS MY FIRST SITE</span></body></html>.
As for final encoding use avi with xvid compression, test settings yourself. Youtube doesnt require flawless quality at all, cause movie is re-encoded there again to .flv after uploading.

i use AAE because i want to edit it and some other stuff like put health or separate icons for when i use armlet / magic stick etc

On topic: fraps is good for capturing,vegas for editing and stuff like that,Replay seeker + simple camera to make ur replays faster and i think its enough.
Altho im never done something like this ( thx to my stonage pc) but i would use these :)

like above said use fraps for 30 for classic PAL or 29and some pionts :D for NTSC or higher resolutions like 720p and make it in avi with sound then edit it in Vegas and the trick parts edit in AAE and then put them to vegas its more better to work then all make in AAE or AAE with Premiere and then your full vid in AVI uncompressed with format which you set for editing and then compress it to some Xvid or DivX and then put it on youtube ;)

i tryed recording with 30 fps as you said but the fps in game drops to 25 then.... so i tryed using 40 and its around 35... the problem is when i watch it later in wmp or any other player it looks like slowed down like its 3/4 of normal speed :(

oke now i finnaly recorded all the scenes with fraps its about 120 gb xD so what do now ?
almoust all scenes need edit in adobe after effect... and need make intro and other stuff so do i put all scenes in adobe after affects or do i put them saparetly and edit 1 by 1?

first edit your video in vegas or premiere like you want it on music sounds and so on and then you see what shots you used in final cut so take them to AAE and there do a corrections or FX and render and put these new remade shot instead of the original ones to the final cut on time and render final video its the right way which use every video and FX editor in professional or in some amateur environment ;)
if you want some titles let some space in edit or make there some simple word title to know how long it will be and then do it in AAE and again change the simple one ;)
and if you want cut and rescale all shots to some to some video format do it in vegas or premiere they can do that ;)
