Title: Easy Wallpaper by dead shoot

Open new document 1600x900

Then go to Filter>Render>Clouds and make sure u have black/white color

Now go to Filder>Pixelate>Mosaic and put cell size 15:

Then go Filter>Stylize>Find Edges:

Now go on Filter>Blur>Radial Blur and set:
Amount 35
Method tick Zoom
Quality tick Best:

Make this Filter>Stylize>Find Edges

Press CTRL+I or Image>Adjustments>Invert

If u want to change the color just press CTRL+U or Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation
Tick Colorize

U think I copy from somewhere?Of course not I know for this long time ago when I was creating for some image needed background I used this and it's really simple,isn't it?

Well making those images takes time but if you had them prepared already than it is fine..
