To MrNiceGuy, or any admin. Maybe its more 4 the rules section, but i think this is a question many ppl are intrested in and most of them are in this room.

What about the playdota.eu rules?

Player must not enter the game lobby, unless he has atleast 1 hour of free time;
Game owner must ban leavers;

Are these rules binding or just 4 fun?

That rule was written long time ago. I'll remove it, because it is incorrect...
