Ok,I clicked on a topic and I found a new forum "status"
(http://playdota.eu/forum/Themes/ds-natural_20rc3/images/warning_mute.gif)Muted
Currently I found that only muerto has this status,so that means those with(http://playdota.eu/forum/Themes/ds-natural_20rc3/images/warning_watch.gif)Watched Better be careful.
More warns and warnings will get your watched and/or muted,please forum,be careful...

He got muted for using vulgar words in regular threads prabobly.
Nothing about wacthed people... if you break rule really hard you can get !mute instead of !warn.

sometimes 5% , sometimes 10% and so on
5% deos not stack Watched! in his Profile only 10% and up.

i have a korean/chinese kid who is counting everything.the armor,dmg reduction,chance that i kill a hero,i die in an attack,etc etc
