Title: fps low why ??

i have  problem whit fps it to low,i have  acer dualcore 2.00ghz 1giga rama

when i  entering in game,all gona freeze FPS is 10,i dont know why,i do scan all,antivirus check,last downdload,syestem recovery,but nothing....

this is not hapenig yestrday,just last  2h-our....

pls if some know how do fix that ....

y, but 99 cpu is not!
check if its overheating, is your fan working? did you clean it in the near past?

Imo u got virus in ur pc(had this problem like 3 times alrdy) only suggestion IMO is windows reinstal

on last 99% cpu usage i tryed 20~ free antivirus programs all was saying same

250 memory is normal, but 99% isnt. the fastest way is to reinstall win, seriously.
