to be honest i dont know how long you will give freedom for playing to these kind of players with 200 accounts with the same name. I dont think he will learn the lesson if u ban 1 out of his 200 accounts JODA_ _JODA_ _JODA or whatever.
He has warns on every account about family and national flames and as u see he has no trouble family flaming me again and using national slurs against me.
According to this i can make 200 accounts and flame from every account and not be permalocked.
