Title: jupendi2 ip lock

1) hard core game ruiner
2) for no reason sold items/sabotage gameplay/rage plug
3) even if i told him to play,and kindly ask he refuse and even sabotage.

5) I usually don't post anymore ban req,but this is hard core situation and rly deserves this.
