Due recently increasing traffic in Complains & Suggestions.
~B&U Section Suggestion Board was opened to suggest change of particular Ingame Rule ,or how is that rule applied.
This was noted in the description of the topic , tho Users continued to use it to suggest Global Server changes instead of what it was meant to be used for, with this said , you can now use Suggestion Board (http://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?board=25.0) for that.
~B&U Section will continue to have Public complain section , as i stated when i opened it, and provide transparent work of Ban & Unban High Staff.
