Administration updated the Flame Rules.
Indirect flame isnt considered as Family Related flame, he didnt specify any members.
Denied for Family Flame
I read the rules 7 times to confirm this, there is nothing about updated Flame Rules, nothing in notes, nothing about indirect flames, which is obviously bad judgement in this case because it was directed to me:
c) Family related flame
- Any insults or curses directed towards family members of a player are considered as family related flame.
Player is talking with me all the time, without reason he was searching for conflict, and if I answered, guess who would be reported here and banned, first he provoked, then he break the rules which is banable by your rules.

Important, he said that he have admin friend, so I hope this player won't be protected because he is not a good guy, and as mentioned in request, I'm not asking for long ban, he was banned 2 times already for family related flame, but 1-2 days ban is ok for flamer.
If not, I guess every player can fuck family and origin to another player, if he is not using directly his nick when insulting, nor his hero and that is odd because insulting hero is not the same as insulting player/member of the game.
Thank you for your time. I invested more than a hour on this. Hope his friend Admin won't protect him as he said to me.

It was updated in private , it just wasnt updated on the scale.
But even before update , the translation of :
"Jebem ti semku" or Serbian : "Jebem ti seme"
Is a common flame in Balkan slang.
You provided alot of games, and alot of chat from this player, but in your report, you used the one mentioned above , which is not bannable.
And last but not least , Mouse_Breaker doesnt have friends in Administration, and on the same note , im unsure if he has friends at all , while on that matter.
@-Aleksandar- will solve this ,because you complained about my decision.

We already had lengthy internal discussions what exactly falls under family related flame and sometimes it is not clear cut like in this case. To me personally this seems mild but I don't know enough Serbian to really get the gist of the insult so I'll let someone native decide. The english translation is certainly not bannable by my standards.
