He had higher number of Assists than 2/3 of the team.
Also had higher level than 2/3 of the team.
If you want to report him for AFK , please be sure that he was AFK longer than 120 Seconds [ Allowed duration ].

he wasnt afk just he refuse to play he is make farm on wood till min 41 no help on combats if u watch replay u will understand what i say

He had 19 Asssits in this game , for example u had 15.
Do you have any specific example where he avoided a team fight/push/defend that resulted in Loosing the game?

He was in most of the team fights,and that one time when he refused can't be taken as  Game ruin/Refusing to play
