@i_like_dat if you dont use all of your votes then those 2 will be considered invalid and I will lose those 2 pts you gave me xD Just give that half of point to someone  ;D

that rule must be applied only when the voter participates,its not that im a participant and i dont wanna raise others votes :) i rly dont like them,they must try harder :p
