Some services one might be offering might be unproper for some people (example - you don't advertise your gay porn site on 9gag). The staff don't wanna bother with checking your website/services.
Also, nobody will let you use their site for your own profit without any fees.

Are you sure that how it works, recently i posted link of twitch where is streamed tour, (our team from bnet played) so people could support us and enjoy good dota 1 games, but after that, they only locked it..(like is unrelevant)
and btw it was on another platform that is reason its locked, to inform astaroth.
im speechless tho, dont know why am i trying at all.

When eurobattle.net staff proposed Official Tournament to RGC , one here and one there. Making an idea of having such events once per month or so, they banned Eurobattle.net Staff from their Forum and Client , so yes.
