4. towards the end of the game
5. we were winning the game easily, che (viper) even had wicked sick and then just went afk for no reason walking around fountain just to avoid being booted for afk didnt speak a word, and after him bachu (zeus) shared me his hero and went afk also , both didnt def and they raxed all 3 sides

It was nearly end of game and it was obvious you would lose. Allright if there was some crucial fight that would give you a chance for a turn over and blame afk-ers for a lose, than, it could be possible chance for a ban. In situations like this one, no.

Viper shared axe and went afk at min 33, later zeus also went afk around min 42. Wouldn't say that the game was completely lost at that point.
