It was always here. I bought this pc ~6 months ago. I noticed the problem the first time I tried to play. Could it be tied with windows 10?
I had the same video card on a different motherboard + cpu combo(a dual core), and it ran smoothly, given tho it was a year or so, and I was running windows 7 back then.
