I understand. Turn off sounds and music in game. Play without sounds. Thats all. Its sound problems. If this dont work try to find your drivers and update.

A friend of mine had a similar problem once. In his case the pc was restarting after 1-2 minutes.
The problem was his onboard video. After he bought a video card the problem was solved.
From what I recall the game was working on that PC with that onboard video. Started to restart after he changed his OS, I think. He had XP or Vista and then updated to Win7 or something like that.

You can be sure that is a hardware problem.
Try to run some tests like: starting the game windowed (not fullscreen). Do it on non-ladder games (create your own with .dota command instead of !gopub)
