3: i refused 2 to defend middle with my team
4: i refused to defend becouse the game went wrong from the begining and i was weak with items,and i didn't wanted to die and feed them more but i fight to the end of the game and i help my team as much as i could.

You said that there is no point to play since you get ban. It is: the ban duration can get longer depending on the duration you refused to play. Why should you get unban if you knew you are going to be banned and still refused to play?
