From start of game, i igored him, he whispered me constantly
Spamming my family and isnulting

Nothing to explain. I know hes spammer so i ignored him, he went mid - failed
And spammed me whole game
I posted just 1 screenshoot, but if needed i can download replay and take everything he whispered
I think he needs to be perma banned

Next time make screenshots while you are in game, if you wish to post them all. /w is not a bot command and is not saved in replay. Also, we are banning base on how excessive he flamed. If he did it all game, as you said, then he should be permabanned now but you cant prove it without screenshots. Please, use /time command before making the screenshot.
