Title: Highest PSR stat

Soo I thot maybe it would be good idea to add a "highest PSR" line to the stats shown by the !sd command, which would display the highest PSR a player has ever achieved (all seasons included). That could help evaluate the skill of players when a new season has just begun and all the stats have been reset. I feel like it's more reliable than the total games played stat which also carries away to the next season. Also, maybe a new command could be added too, something similar to !min, that would automatically kick players with the highest PSR lower than a certain value. Watchu think m8s ???

Another option: show only the highest PSR from the previous season/ last two seasons. Probably even better this way.

funny thing is, even though it's just an extra line of text, it's probably gonna take them like 6 months to implement, if they're gonna implement it at all
