Install a new Direct X version. Then restart and check again.

The best way to fix it is to reinstall war3.. One player alredy had that problem, we try fix it but its easier to reinstall game then to serch for soution :D
If you want i have good link of clean warcraft frozen throne, its on rar file so just extract, patch again and play :D
