Title: Is insulting someone after they ignore you on allies chat banable?

For example:
Retard1 [Allies]:You fucking imbecile, go fuck urself
Retard2 [Allies]:!ignore retard1
Can Retard1 flame about Retard2 now, because Retard2 is no longer seeing his messages therefor not receiving any flames? I know he shouldn't do it on /w, so what about allies chat?

That makes no sense, he is ignoring you so he is not receiving the insults, it's like someone insulting someone else in front of his screen without writing, the person getting insulted is not received the messages.

Other players in the game still see it, and they shouldn't see such thing either. It's like if you are in a pub, and some guy yelling and flaming someone else in front of you, really hard. He is not talking to you, but you would still punch the fuckin guy in the face cause you have to listen to his bullshit while you just want to enjoy your beer and your company.
