Reinstall  Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) and remove the 64bit one. If you google for this error this is the suggested solution.

There is a rogue .dll somewhere on your computer, either system32 or syswow which gets loaded even tho it shouldnt. Try to uninstall all visual c++ redistributable packages and then do a file search and delete those too. Then reinstall.

Or, find a good msvc dll and put it in the same folder as installer, installer should take the local copy instead of system one.
