Admin explain this....? pls watch replay, game name AR FAST +1 , creator filip-czv , game started 13.12.2015 .  my nick is TheGreatNecro. Problem started when can't use my hero and his ulty. Ulty go on passive and have hudge delay. PLS explain.

Its known Lycan bug, happens pretty often in newest dota version.
Hopefully, Icefrog will fix it in next version.

Ty admin, i hope so. We lose this game bcs this bug. Everybody think that i don't play game and try kick me. Ban this hero Lycan if u can :)
