Participants and GFX staff and GFX Honored members have TWO votes, first vote is 2 points and second vote is 1 point.
Users who are not GFX staff or GFX Honored members and who are not participants in this competition have TWO votes, first vote is 1 point, second vote is 0,5 point.

Rlly hard to decide between 4, 7 and 8.

2 points > No. 8 That rain effect looks great on that landscape.
1 point > No. 4 If it had the rain effect from 8 I would loved it.
