Game ruin - Refusing to play
4: When was the Rule(Time of The Game) Broken?
From game time ~35 minutes to the end
5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
He was first feeding and then tried to votekick himself saying he is useless (which he was ofc), and later on he just stood at fountain doing nothing.
