Since min 19 he started to ruin game.
19-20 min he used ulty on creeps
Min 21 we were fighting at T2 mid, he watched, standing at T3 bottom, where he used ulty on creeps
Min 25 again ulty on creeps, wasnt in fight
Min 26, he stole my tp from my circlet
Min 27:30 he went farm and again casted ulty on creeps, wasnt in fight, even tho he had a tp
Min 30:10 he stole my tranquil boots and didnt get it back
Min 33-35 he was farming top and bot refusing to def min
Min 35 casted ulty on creeps ( never in fights on purpose )

Hopping long ban for ppl like this..
