Title: Suggestion for a new command ; !Multi

the command is simple, it shows you the others with same IP as the one who you want to check, !Multi nexxus and then it shows you all the other accounts with same IP for ex: account/s with same IP as nexxus are/is: kleee.

To avoid people that are really bad

There are many problems about ip addresses, like privacy issues, shared ip-s like netcaffes, whispering whole multi list can be also problematic, imagine some multies who has like 80+...
