Title: How do I become an Honored Member?

For example this (http://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=15819) user has the Honored Member title.

Actually that is one sentence. :) The part you mentioned isn't about how to became honored member. In short, i wanted to say that if he was part of the staff, he should know that opening this topic is totally useless.

I failed with a comma, but i edit it now so you can see what i wanted to write :D
