I was wondering does anyone have eurobattle net logo in .psd, or .ai

I am doing some practice for webdesign and would be nice to have it.

I cannot seem to be able to do this, also I was thinking of this logo:

and this little one just blue letter "e" i black circle. If I turn them into .ai and vectors, i think they will loose quality?

since you want this "e" icon , try to make it in adobe flash imo it wont lose anyhow quality
