Why isn't it banned?
This is clearly an icefrog bug and noob players are abusive of it.

Knight has a point,  i think main point of bd is buybuck,  so you lose gold and dont get Exp/Gold. That could be  a disable. Anyhow,  one of ways is to play Necro,  killing their carry with Reaper Skyte prevents buybuck (sceptered ultimate) . So, just target most OP hero with it before u go BD.

It ain't "Icefrog bug", he made it like this on purpose. That's why it is allowed.

In doto 2 there is trick and I guess it works here aswell.
Make helm of dominator, dominate creep from sentinel or scourge and attack with him.... antibackdoor protecion wont work.
Profit by easy killing towers.

I know it is old but funny thing is thatnoone wrote it here before, not even special genius like you just to be postcount whore :P And as I noticed many many players dont know about it.
