i've installed netframework also microsoftvisual c ++ as u can see by screenshot

and i get those problems ...any help plz?

Reinstall these programs

Visual C Runtime : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
Net Framework 3.5 : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21
Net Framework 4.0 : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17851

Then reinstall euroloader (not whole w3 only installer)

all problems can be solved by uninstalling windows
