Welcome to Photoshop Challenge #21!

This time, we will use the following picture to edit:

You tend to pick pictures that are heavily edited already. I'm not sure if that's necesarily good.

Next time i will put picture of my vilege pictured with vga cam. so they can professionally edit that picture (:

Stop twisting my words, that won't make me wrong (neither will make you right). There's a difference between bad stock picture (read "vga cam"), good stock picture, and a good picture (which was already significantly manipulated). And don't take it personal. I just think it actually restrains your possibilities with further editing, at least in this particulat competition (doesn't it?).

Feel free to correct me, but without implying things I didn't say.

lol, this is my first participation in PSC - actually in any GFX competition.... and ofc I have no touch with any GFX program, except MS-Paint and I doubt to call it GFX program  ;)

PS: I hope u werent trolling my frame  ;D

if u use photoshop filter gallery is allowed but it wont looks so well so best way is to use adjust layers and options xD
