Title: Best Hot-KEYS program??

Could you suggest me some hot-keys w3  changer ??
    I need one that can change the spells/inv keys . + if its possible to change them during the game  too , like dota 2 .
  I really need some help cause it will improve my dota gaming a lot . instant daggers/dagons/hexes etc,

However i didnt get the main answer . Which one u think is the best ? I dont have the time and the patient to check all of themand i hoped that YOu could help me  and Im sure you will  :)
