So... let's begin
Well, I have high ping !   I dont know why cuz this issue came  yesterday from nowwhere...dont know why ... no download no nothing...usual i hahe 29-34 ...no more... now when i m in gamelooby first is 37-4...      ..then goes 100<<< ... i use a modem ,i restarded , nothing... cant explain... i  stay in messengwer playing CS ... no problems..only on DOTA i have this ping!!!! ... untill now all good so who can explain that...

Reinstall w3 , best thing to do (whenever i had problem like this , i solved it this way )

lets see another opinion... if  this is the only way to solve that problem i;ll reinst.

problem solved....it was a conn. problem  on local from provider...
