Again, depends ... you can outlane lycan with pretty much anything, but vs huskar on lane isnt that 'easy' so you need something better, some hero with nice low-cd aoe spell which can spam shit out of husk.
About late game, with full items many heroes can rape husk, so as lycan (void, sylla, mort etc) , depends on items .

If you're playing 1v1 om, then I guess bane kills almost everything at pretty much every stage of game... Being only vulnerable to heavy pushers (thinking proly of brood).
div.ide gave nice example, bane rapes both like np.
lich rapes both, krob rapes both, wr rapes both , skilled player with lina/puck/panda should be able to pwn aswell , brood rapes both , sylla rapes both, invoker ofc , zeus could do the job also... pick some , ofc there are many more :)

That ursa thing used to have ~50% successs chance and was heavily dependant on roshan's early bashes, can't say now afer swipes buff though (never tried), but might be still risky. And yes, it's instant lvl5.
Well, about void it depends if he has mask of madness or he doesnt. Because if playing serious game, mom could be really dangerous.agree in some parts but i dont think that void will have mom...if we talking about serious full build for orbs (mjolnir or satanic)
I remember raping void using mom with slardar. Ulti, three hits with desolator and he died instantly. One lucky bash needed ofc ^^.
A personally prefer slardar as a hero 1vs1. -20 armor is really harmfull. And u can equip him with neccessary items. (for example MKB vs mort)

I was reading and until i got to the last page i was thinking why no1 wrote tinker :D or he sliped by...
anyways tinker vs huskar is a nobrainer he ulties you laser him and its gg and if he has bkb you will probably have more items due to your BoT farming around the map and being able to gank better than husk...
And vs full build void you just need to time your spells correctly like if you have full build destroyer you just astral urself in time and void is dead
Anyways you just cant make these assumptions like this, if a good team is playing they wont let void get farmed

Picked DS Enigma TA TS Sven -> fuckton of suppposedly easy counters, with counter rating up to almost 11.
Picked FV PA Spectre SK Lancer -> few counters, 4.71 highest rating
(Aviod picking: CM)

The system ain't bad itself, problem is - they use some statistics to calculate the odds. If you check more closely, they had (so far) next to no submissions, hence lacking proper data to work with.
What do you mean by NS system?
This site can definitely be helpful, but to really get reliable, it first need some solid amount of user input, which may or may not come.
