I'm interested in reasons why a game is considered fair if a player leaves between minutes 5 and ~15.

And 3 v 5 after 5   ??? But i think its considered fair cos when he leaves the game you can team sell and get bonus gold so you are more strong then you can basically be..

I would say that if you are missing 1 hero it's a big minus for example let's say it's 5v1 at mid game for example ursa is alone with all items and others got 5 heroes with average items.In that case ursa would easily die vs other 5 because of the abilities and items the heroes have

I won 3v5 games too, but I'm not gonna start a topic saying autoban should be on in 3v5 games cause I own  3v5 games :D

I'm talking about fairness as equal chances for both team to win the game. Yeah, I know you have relatively high chances of winning the game 4v5, but if the chances aren't the same for both teams, in my opinion that isn't considered fair.

Fair : well thats the rules if u have another solution or suggestion .... I guess no ....
anyway just imagine how its disspointing if game alredy start .... 10 min just pass ...and somone leave...
thet wont be fair also for those who waited  and want to play....

and  if somone leave even  after  30 min his team   could benefit or  lose .. its depend somtime on the hero and his role in the team... lets say if  all team are suporters  or some aoe stuners with no dps  exepts  somone  who is  considerd  as  a heavy carry late game hero  theat  the  team suport  him  in  battle field   and  he  just  left ... its gg.. :'(
