Well it is a name spoof then(did you ever play garena?If you did you will know it :D ).Rall checked his name(PD) or something like cffxafd not sure,f doesn't get his info because that ain't his real account name at least it should be
btw try to do ping and see if it does says his name(it worked when it was without ghost not sure about it now)

Banable + you can't start a game unless you spoofcheck(which would remove the effect) + it's hard to find
