i'm not banned actually but in reference to my last unban request yesterday (when i was banned) the moderator asked me not to join noob games. if u look at my game stats i always get owned in pro games -  including scores like 1-7 1-10 2-7 and so on. the fact is that i've now played dota for only 5 months. i do not always have big scores in noob games unless the opponent team has hard noobs. so i am at point that i dont think i have to consider myself pro or unsuitable to play noob games. please take a look at my stats again and tell me whether i really cannot play noob games. thanks

also i would like to get advice from another moderator than the one who told me i cannot play noob games [resor]

I told you that becouse you mix PRO and NOOB games.
Actualy many people consider this as a STATS ABUSE.
Maybe I was wrong, but its hard to separate noobs from pros. Specialy when pros call themsells noobs and vice versa.

so i should only play pro games and even if i get bad scores there's no risk of me getting banned? is that right?
