i played like 500 games rd .. and i never got techies in pool .. is that real .. why is there no techies ?

Because it's known since like, forever, that Techies is removed from -rd pool due too abusably long picking time.

Complain to IceFrog.

if you picked techies from beginning you can plant more than 10 bombs.....
