You can find many good-looking themes here:

But, you will probably have to use theme-patcher for xp (according to http://www.belchfire.net/index.php?act=Help&CODE=01&HID=19 (http://www.belchfire.net/index.php?act=Help&CODE=01&HID=19)), I didn't use that because I already had TuneUp utilities installed, it handled themes I picked very well. And you can also change boot screen with TuneUp if you're into changing the whole look of xp :D

Beside that, you can use http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ (http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/) and have aero-look on windows xp, or anything else, it has great theme-modifying features ;)
