Title: is there any rule for player who dont want to switch

when u re trying to balance game
and whole team rolled
and that one with lowest roll refuse to switch to other team
is there somethign to do?

because all i got is something like "oh oh fuck u i wont switch there s no rule, let s play 5v3 because i am retard"

there should not be any rule - because it happens all the time that one team has great start, kills opponents on lane like 6 times till level six. forcimg one of them to quit - and then it would be unfair to force anybody to switch
