those who didnt vote to kick the feeder should get banned aswell.

It has to be Requested first , if there is to be a sanction, it wasnt noted in the Request.
Were you in that game?

Anyhow , to conclude this Topic.

~ Players were not reported for Votekick , so there was no Sanction.
~ Players have to be reported if there is to be a Sanction.

U can report the people who didnt use Votekick against a particular Ruiner, then Complain section can be used after that Request is Solved.

Also u can not report someone if you were not directly involved in Rule Breaking.

This is as straightforward explanation as it can be, and whatever your question would be, this would be the reply, because this is the protocol.
