PSR will be given according to the following table:
>1600 --> +60 PSR
>1700 --> +40 PSR
>1800 --> +20 PSR
>1900-->  +10 PSR
SIGN UP AND CHECK IN SYSTEM
We are using the check-in system to avoid all kinds of last minute problems. It's the same method which is used in the official DotA tours.
Players who want to participate in this tour are to come to LA Tour channel to check-in (sign) 15 minutes before the start.


CHECK-IN DATE: 1/3/2020 at 18:00 SERVER TIME
TOUR START: 1/3/2020 at 18:20  SERVER TIME


Important Note: It may take up to 2 hours to finish this tour, so the participants must have that time duration avaliable.

General Rules:
1. Map & Modes
Selection: Each team will have a designated Captain [1] & [6]
Each captain will select Player for his Team in Order determined by Moderator Hosting.
Captains are Selected by Moderator to ensure best Balance in the Game.

Map : Latest DotA map used on Lagabuse Ladder.

Mode : -RD
 
2. Remaking game
If any player gets dropped before 5th minute (and First Blood didn't happen/no tower were destroyed/no Roshan has been killed) the game must be remade. In other cases rmking game depends of arrangement of both teams.

3. Sharing items
You're allowed to share basic regeneration items, consumables and the Gem of Truesight.

4. Other rules
- No items restriction (You can have 5hexes in one team etc.)
- Each team has got right to do 2 pauses - 3 minutes each.
- Backdooring is allowed.
- Blocking creeps is not allowed with spells like Fissure or Sprout when there isn't any enemy hero nearby.


How to sign-up :
Join the Tournament channel with /join la tour command from any Channel on Server.
After that contact the Moderator who is in charge of the tournament for participation.

Notes:
~Players must have a minimum of 1600 rating to join the Battleground.
~Player will play with the Account he logged in[he can not link other accounts].
~Winning Team Players have the ability to continue participation in the next Battleground if they choose so, and their slot is Reserved.

I suggest you force these kinds of events. Simply increase the PSR reward. Give 100 PSR to the winning team players.

Why should 1900/2k psr be the cap here? Let the season finish with 5k +

Non-participants will have no chance of making the top 10, & by enforcing ppl to engage in these sorts of events, they might actually learn something, & overall gameplay might improve.

i wanted to grant big PSR boost , but i was afraid too much people would come, since it will be first RD [Captain Draft] tournament on Lagabuse.
And i would have to  give away way too much Points.

Yes please increase psr and make people actually join. It doesnt look promising at all I wouldnt even wanna ask people to teamup for something that may not even start in first place due to lack of players

Captains pick players, players pick Heroes

I went with a small survey of why people avoid CD/CM
Its 3-1-1 and "forcing" them to play heroes they are not very comfortable playing , and in order to win , they need to be proficient with all heroes, not just decent.

So the "good players" still have the ability to grab one or two Players they have confident in.
and the "bad players" still have the ability to pick the hero they think are skillfull with.

So yeah, this sounds awfull, but it is what it is.

I will boost the PSR tho.
