I wanted to send complaint to moderator, but when I click it says error, and I am not allowed to access this section.

Can you explain?

Probably because new accounts do not have this permission. You can send your complaint to me, via PM, if is about a community member or you can ask for help here if is a technical problem.

I wasn't able to send Personal messages, but for some reason I am able to do so now. I don't know if you helped with this or not, but thanks anyway.
