if u are talking about signature, in my case its T-Bag picture below my post, then u need to set it up in Profile/Forum Profile and add link to image to signature field.

He is actually talking about anti-spam verification. If you have under 10 posts, you will need assemble 6-piece picture to prove that you are not spambot. And your post will have to be approved later by any admin.
After you reach 10 posts, that feature is auto disabled.
