First of all: WHEN Does that Bnet-Chat has become reason for a Ban ??
As far as I know, Once I tried to report some person for insulting me in that "/Whisper" and you said we can NOT ban for that chat..

you didn't get banned for chatting, chatting is allowed.
You got banned for hard family flames and national intolerance which is not allowed and never was allowed nor will be allowed.
from rules:
2. Player must not insult:
c: Insults which contains family members may be considered as "family related flame".
Note: This also applies for insults via whisper.
I highly suggest you change your attitude and behave normal, take this ban as your last warn, next time it will be permanent.
